LEAK FINDING INVESTIGATIONS

If you have an existing building or buildings then you will appreciate just how much of a problem organising cost-effective maintenance can be. You may also be aware of just how much trouble roof leaks can cause, both in terms of direct additional costs but also with the hassle (sometimes) of determining precisely what has gone wrong, and where.

We are the UK’s most experienced Company in terms of carrying out Leak Finding Inspections on large flat roof systems. If you have a problem that is proving difficult to resolve then give us a call. Once we agree to get involved then we’ll work to identify and characterise fully the problem, find the leak. If we don’t find it, then we won’t charge you.

PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT

Want to be able to analyse and track the performance of building envelope systems (in particular large flat roof systems), to identify potential problems before they end up costing you a lot of time and money? Talk with us.

We have unique capabilities in terms of measurement and analysis of building systems’ performance, predictive maintenance, and Remaining Lifespan Assessment. Our 'RoofScore' analysis package is only available from BDAS.

ROPE ACCESS (IRATA L3 CERTIFIED)

We are rope access trained and certified (IRATA L3).

This allows us to carry out what might otherwise be considered as high risk inspections whilst adhering to the highest safety standards.

Rope access is often a quicker and more cost effective alternative to setting up and then dismantling a scaffold / access tower, or to hiring and using a MEWP, where there may be other limitations to access.

BDAS will arrive at site, assess and rig the necessary ropes, and carry out the inspection. We'll get the job done.
